塑料玩具化学品抽样检测及重点关注化学品筛选研究

对10种塑料玩具化学品按照EN71-3、REACH法规（EC 1907/2006）等的相关要求进行抽样检测,检出率最高的化学品为邻苯二甲酸酯类,同时还检出短链氯化石蜡、对特辛基苯酚乙氧基醚。通过建立塑料玩具重点关注化学品备选名单,并采用管理名录排除法进行初选,采用危害性和暴露性权重总和计分排序法进行复选,最终筛选出排名前6位的短链氯化石蜡、邻苯二甲酸丁基苄酯（BBP）、对氨基偶氮苯、铅及其化合物、镉及其化合物、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯（DIBP）为塑料玩具重点关注化学品,建议对其开展对人体健康和生态环境的风险评价。

Study on Sampling Test and Filtering of Focused Chemicals in Plastic Toys

According to the requirements of EN71-3 and REACH regulation (EC 1907/2006),ten types of plastic toys were sampled, and the chemicals within them were tested. Phthalates was detected as the chemicals with the highest detection rate, and the short-chain chlorinated paraffins and p-tetrocylphenol ethoxylate were also detected. A focused chemical candidate list was established for plastic toys at first, and then a primary election was conducted for the management lists by an exclusion method. Afterward, a recheck was performed by the ranking method of the sum of harmfulness and exposure weights. Finally, the top 6 chemicals including short-chain chlorinated paraffins, butyl benzyl phthalate, p-aminoazobenzene, lead and its compounds, cadmium and its compounds, and diisobutyl phthalate were filtered as the focused chemicals for plastic toys. A risk assessment on human health and ecological environment was suggested to carry out for these focused chemicals.
