摘    要:针对于片烟加料工序中,传统的翅片管结构热交换器易沉积料液、不便于保养,影响加热效果和料液的利用率的问题,设计开发了加料工序专用热交换器。介绍了新型热交换器的结构和工作原理,经过实践检验:1)交叉式管板结构的热交换器使得料液不易沉积,料液随热风循环不断的被物料吸收及利用,提高了料液的利用率;2)清洗结构能够有效清洁交叉式管板结构,保证管路的顺畅,有利于生产批次间的稳定性;3)热风系统的稳定,提高了生产自动控制能力,实现制丝加料工序过程质量的提升。

Abstract:In the process of strip casing process,the traditional finned tube structure heat exchanger is easy to deposit the liquid and is not easy to maintain,which affects the heating effect and the utilization rate of the liquid.To this end,a new tube-plate heat-exchanger is developed and applied in this work.The basic structure and the working principle of the new device are presented,and its efficiency practicality have been checked by practice.The results show that:1)It makes the feed liquid not easy to deposit,and the feed liquid is constantly absorbed with hot air circulation,which improves the utilization of the feed liquid;2)It is beneficial to maintain the stability of product quality from batch to batch by the cleaning tube-sheet structure;3)The automatic production control capacity and the process quality of the strips casing processing are improved by ensuring the stability of hot air system.
