摘    要:针对迁钢球团工序在实施烟气超低排放改造过程中面临的问题,提出了球团半干法提效技术耦合SCR高效脱硝的一体化污染物脱除工艺。通过工业试验进一步优化脱硫剂种类,开发出了以消石灰为脱硫剂的高效脱硫超低排放工艺;同时利用流体仿真技术,开发出与工艺相适应的导流板和整流器,实现了SCR脱硝装置内的流场和温度场的均匀化和氨逃逸的控制,最终实现了球团工艺烟气颗粒物排放浓度、SO2排放浓度和NOx排放浓度分别小于5、25和40 mg/m3的实绩,长期稳定满足超低排放要求。

Abstract:In view of the problems in the process of ultra-low emission of flue gas in pelletizing process of Qiangang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., an integrated pollutant removal process of semi-dry pellet process coupled with SCR high-efficiency denitration was proposed. Through the industrial test, the type of desulfurizer was further optimized, and the ultra-low emission process with lime as desulfurizer was developed. At the same time, using fluid simulation technology, the guide plate and rectifier adapted to the process were developed to realize the homogenization of flow field and temperature field in SCR denitrification device and the control of ammonia escape. Finally, the emission concentration of flue gas particles in pellet process was realized the emission concentrations of SO2, SO2 and NOx are less than 5, 25 and 40 mg/m3 respectively, which can meet the requirements of ultra-low emission for a long time.
