中国生态空间类规划的回顾、反思与展望——基于国土空间规划体系的背景

引入适应性理论的从动、协动与能动适应层级与耦合、协同、系统适应思维,结合对山地城市景观环境特征与生态作用机制的系统分析,分别从城市绿地结构组织、绿地空间布置以及绿地要素统筹三方面,结合典型规划设计实例,提出了适应山地宏观地貌、微观地形以及生态环境的城市绿地系统规划方法,以弥补现有城市绿地系统规划理论地域针对性欠佳、山地适应性不足的问题,以为山地城市和谐人居环境建设提供技术支持。

Green Space System Planning Strategies forMountainous Cities Based on Adaptive Thinking

Based on the passive, coordinated and positive adaptationtheory and coupling, collaboration and system thinking model,the article analyzed the landscape & environmental characteristicsand the ecological mechanism of the mountainous cities. Then,combined with the typical planning and construction example, thearticle put up the adaptive planning and design methods for greenspace, which are passive adaptation to mountainous geomorphologyin large scale, coordinated adaptation to undulate topography insmall scale and positive adaptation to nature and artificial ecologicalsystem of cities'' environment, from the three aspects of green spacestructure organization, detail arrangement and element coordinatingin the mountain cities, to complete the urban green space systemplanning theory, and promote its'' adaptability, so as to providetechnological support for the construction of harmonious residentialenvironment in mountainous cities.
