摘    要:高强耐候钢的加工成形性能要求高,使用过程中易出现冲压开裂现象。通过分析高强耐候钢的剪切形貌和冲压工艺原理,解析了高强耐候钢产生冲压开裂现象的原因,采取成分优化和工艺调整等措施,避免了冲压开裂现象,从而得到了加工成形性能优异的高强耐候钢。

Abstract:High strength weathering steel had high requirements for processing formability, and it was easy to crack during the stamping process. By analyzing the morphology of shear band and principle of stamping process of high strength weathering steel, the reason for cracking during the stamping process was analyzed. Measures such as composition optimization and process adjustment were taken to avoid cracking during the stamping process. Therefore, high strength weathering steel with excellent processing formability was obtained.
