摘    要:以高钙白钨矿为研究对象,针对矿石中与白钨矿可浮性相近的含钙脉石矿物含量较高的特点,对WO3含量为0.296%的原矿进行常温粗选-加温精选全流程闭路试验,常温粗选段使用对含钙脉石矿物抑制力更强的改性水玻璃为抑制剂,粗选段和精选段均采用选择性好,捕收力更强的新型捕收剂ZL,获得WO3品位为69.54%,回收率为87.30%的钨精矿,取得了理想的试验指标。

Abstract:With high-calcium scheelite as the research object,the closed-circuit test of the whole process of normal temperature roughing-heating concentration was carried out on the crude ore with WO3 content of 0.296%.Modified water glass with stronger inhibition on calcium gangue minerals is used as inhibitor in the normal temperature rough selection section.A new collector ZL with good selectivity and stronger collecting power is used in both the rough selection section and the fine selection section.Tungsten concentrate with WO3 content of 69.54%and recovery rate of 87.30%is obtained,and ideal test indexes are obtained.
