摘    要:为了改善热轧带钢成品宽度的控制精度,结合热轧生产线实际生产特点,分析了热轧带钢成品宽度的主要影响因素,从宽度变化的周期性及设备控制精度着手,采取相应的控制措施,以提高热轧带钢宽度控制过程的稳定性及控制精度,从而提高热轧带钢成品宽度的精度。

Abstract:In order to improve the control accuracy of the width of hot rolled strips, combined with the actual production characteristics of the hot-rolled line, the main factors that affect the width of the finished product are analyzed. Started from the periodicity of the width change and the precision of the equipment, the corresponding control measures are taken to improve the stability and controlling accuracy of the hot rolled strips during the course of width controlling processes, and thus to improve the width precision of finished hot-rolled strips.
