专类公园发展趋势及规划建设应对的思考

专类公园对于提高城市绿地游憩服务质量具有重要作用。从梳理专类公园的历史发展和现状入手,总结了专类公园多元化和专业化、层级化和社区化、优质化和精品化的发展趋势。提出"丰富多元、因城施策、因地制宜、量力而行"的发展原则,从类型构成、分类配置、分级配置和指标管控等方面探讨了促进专类公园发展的理念和策略,并从规划、政策、运营等角度提出了未来的探索方向。

Thoughts on the Development Trends andPlanning and Construction of Theme Parks

Theme parks play an important role in improving thequality of urban green space recreational services. Starting fromsorting out the development history and current status of themeparks, the development trends of diversification and specialization,tiering and communityization, high-quality and superiordevelopment of theme parks were summarized. It puts forwardthe development principles of theme parks that are "rich anddiverse, adapted to city, adapted to local conditions, and accordingto ability". It discusses the concept and strategy of promoting thedevelopment of special parks from the aspects of type composition,classified configuration, hierarchical configuration, and indexcontrol. From the perspectives of planning, policy, and operation,the future exploration directions are proposed.
