一款硬质造型滤嘴卷烟接装质量的改进

  目的  解决硬质造型滤嘴接装时出现的滤嘴端面染色、接装纸毛刺、接装纸横纹等质量缺陷。  方法  优化滤棒硬度、成形纸定量、接装纸油墨耐温性和附着牢度，降低切割鼓轮容刀槽宽度、增加负压吸风孔数、加装滤嘴切刀清洁装置。  结果  ① 滤嘴端面由改进前的卷接5 min后出现染色到彻底不再染色；②接装纸毛刺烟支比例由10.8%降低至0.01‰；③接装纸横纹烟支比例由1.5%降低至0.03‰。  结论  该方法可为行业硬质造型滤棒在生产中的工艺优化提供参考。 

Improvement of tipping quality of hard-shaped filter cigarettes

  Objective  To solve the quality defects such as the dyeing of the end face of the filter, the burr of the tipping paper, and the horizontal stripes of the tipping paper when the hard-shaped filter tip is attached.  Method  Optimize the filter rod hardness, forming paper weight, tipping paper ink temperature resistance and adhesion fastness, reduce the width of the cutting drum wheel volume, increase the number of negative pressure suction holes, and install a filter cutter cleaning device.  Results  ① The end face of the filter was stained to 5 minutes after the curling before improvement to no longer completely stained; ② The proportion of burr cigarettes of tipping paper was reduced from 10.8% to 0.01‰; ③The proportion of horizontal cigarettes of tipping paper is reduced from 1.5% to 0.03‰.  Conclusion  This method can provide a reference for the optimization of the process of industrial hard modeling filter rods in production.
