摘    要:结合大厚度14Cr1MoR钢板技术要求,分析了轧后ACC提高大厚度14Cr1MoR钢板低温冲击韧性的可行性,同时研究了终轧温度、ACC水量以及返红温度对大厚度14Cr1MoR钢板低温冲击韧性的影响,形成了一套完整且成熟的配套轧制工艺,成功解决了大厚度14Cr1MoR钢板低温冲击韧性差的问题。实践证明,轧后ACC提高大厚度14Cr1MoR钢板低温冲击韧性是可行的,同时该工艺所带来的经济和社会效益显著,有利于引领大厚度14Cr1MoR类钢向高质量方向发展。

Abstract:According to the technical requirements of 14Cr1MoR steel plate, the feasibility of improving the low-temperature impact toughness of 14Cr1MoR steel plate with large thickness by using ACC after rolling was analyzed. The effects of finishing rolling temperature, ACC water content and reddish temperature on the low temperature impact toughness of 14Cr1MoR steel plate were studied, and a complete and mature set of matching rolling processes was formed, the problem of low-temperature impact toughness of 14Cr1MoR steel plate was successfully solved. The practice has proved that it is feasible to improve the low-temperature impact toughness of 14Cr1MoR steel sheet by ACC after rolling. Meanwhile, the economic and social benefits brought by this process are remarkable, which is conducive to leading the development of 14Cr1MoR steel towards high quality.
