景观引导的乡村振兴规划设计研究

基于国内外相关研究经验,探讨在城乡边缘地带开展"全生命周期参与式"乡村振兴的思路,以及在项目初期用景观引导规划设计、促进"自然、乡村、城市"融合发展的策略。以苏州浒墅关镇的3个村落为例,阐述了运用该设计理念指导乡村振兴规划设计的实践做法,展示了对乡村风貌实施活态保护的技术路径。以景观引导乡村振兴规划设计能有效反映田园乡村的地缘特色,同时通过激发村民作为乡建主体的积极性,促进以过程为导向的乡村弹性发展。

Design Research on Landscape-led Rural Revitalization

Based on empirical studies in China and abroad, this paper explores an alternative way of implementing lifecycle participatory rural revitalization in urban-rural fringes, and sheds an insight into using landscape-led planning and design strategies to guide rural planning and design by synthesizing ''nature, countryside, cities'' at the early stage of a rural revitalization project. Based on a case study of three villages located in Xushuguan Town, Suzhou, it indicates how such design principle and strategies could inform rural revitalization and the practical ways of preserving local ''landscape'' alive. It is found from this research that landscape-led planning and design would effectively reflect the characteristics of the local townscape and efficiently facilitate the resilient development of rural areas by engaging local villagers to participating in the revitalization process.
