摘    要:随着钢铁行业能源环保压力日益加重,节能减排是钢铁企业高质量发展的必然选择。主要阐述了全氧燃烧技术节能减排原理以及在某厂钢包烘烤上的应用实践。采用工业试验对比的方式,对全氧燃烧在该厂120 t钢包烘烤器上的应用效果进行分析,结果表明,全氧燃烧技术的应用可以有效提高钢包烘烤效果,减少烘烤过程中烟气和NOx排放,降低煤气消耗约43.79%,提高钢包烘烤终点内衬温度约223 ℃,降低转炉出钢过程钢水温降约9.10 ℃,降低吨钢精炼成本约4.77元。

Abstract:With the increasing pressure on energy and environmental protection in the steel industry, energy saving and emission reduction are inevitable choices for the high-quality development of steel companies. The principle of energy saving and emission reduction of oxy-fuel combustion technology and its application practice in ladle baking of a certain factory were described. The application effect of oxy-combustion on the 120 t ladle baking equipment of the plant was analyzed by industrial test comparison. The results showed that the application of oxy-combustion technology can effectively improve the baking effect of ladle, reduce the gas and NOx emissions during baking, reduce the gas consumption by about 43.79%, increase the lining temperature of the ladle baking end by about 223 ℃, reduce the molten steel temperature during converter tapping by about 9.10 ℃, and reduce the refining cost by about 4.77 yuan per ton of steel.
