水性DTM聚氨酯涂料的研制

摘    要:以羟基丙烯酸分散体(简称羟丙分散体)为基体树脂,添加成膜助剂、防腐颜填料、去离子水,并配合水性异氰酸酯固化剂制备水性DTM(金属面涂)聚氨酯涂料。讨论了不同的羟丙分散体、水性异氰酸酯固化剂、n(-NCO)/n(-OH)及防腐颜填料对水性DTM聚氨酯涂料耐性的影响。结果表明:采用羟值100 mg KOH/g的羟丙分散体,n(-NCO)/n(-OH)为1.3~1.5,配合阴离子磺酸改性水性HDI型异氰酸酯固化剂,并选择改性磷酸锌(进口)和磷酸铝锌1∶1共混复配液体防锈助剂作为防腐颜填料,制备出了具有低VOC、优异的防腐性能同时又具有优异的装饰性能的水性DTM聚氨酯涂料,已成功应用在汽车配件及工程机械上,起到良好的防护和装饰效果。

Abstract:In this paper, waterborne DTM polyurethane coatings are prepared with hydroxypropyl dispersion as matrix resin, film-forming additive, anticorrosive filler, deionized water and waterborne isocyanate curing agent. The effects of different hydroxypropyl dispersions, waterborne isocyanate curing agents, n(-NCO)/n(-OH) ratios and anticorrosive fillers on the resistance of waterborne DTM polyurethane coatings are discussed. The results show that with hydroxypropyl dispersion of 100 mg KOH/g, an n(-NCO)/n(-OH) ratio of 1.3~1.5 combined with an anionic sulfonic acid modified aqueous HDI type isocyanate curing agent and modified zinc phosphate(import) and aluminum zinc phosphate mixed in a 1∶1 blend into liquid antirust additive as anticorrosive filler, waterborne DTM polyurethane coatings with low VOC, excellent anticorrosion performance and excellent decorative performance are prepared and successful used in auto parts and engineering machinery with good protection and decoration effect.
