基于Illumina MiSeq测序技术不同地区辣椒酱细菌多样性分析

摘    要:在采用MiSeq高通量测序技术对咸丰地区10个辣椒酱细菌群落多样性进行系统分析的基础上,进一步从MG-RAST数据中下载当阳地区辣椒酱测序数据,进而对不同地区辣椒酱核心细菌类群进行比较分析。结果表明,咸丰地区辣椒酱中核心细菌类群主要由Lactobacillus,Bacillus,Leuconostoc,Pediococcus,Weissella,Pseudomonas,Halomonas和Corynebacterium构成。基于UniFrac距离的主坐标分析和聚类分析均表明,咸丰和当阳地区辣椒酱细菌群落结构存在较大差异,咸丰地区辣椒酱细菌群落结构种类多样性及丰度要显著偏高(p<0.05)。该研究对揭示辣椒酱细菌多样性和不同地区间差异的关联性可能具有一定积极意义。

Abstract:Based on the systematic analysis of bacterial community diversity of 10 kinds of chili sauce in Xianfeng area by MiSeq high-throughput sequencing technology,the sequencing data of chili sauce in Dangyang area are downloaded from MG-RAST data,and then the core bacterial groups of chili sauce in different areas are compared and analyzed.The results show that Lactobacillus,Bacillus,Leuconostoc,Pediococcus,Weissella,Pseudomonas,Halomonas and Corynebacteriumare the dominant bacteria genera of chili sauce samples in Xianfeng area.The principal coordinate analysis and cluster analysis based on UniFrac distance show that there are significant differences in bacterial community structure of chili sauce in Xianfeng and Dangyang areas.The diversity and abundance of bacterial community structure of chili sauce in Xianfeng area are significantly higher(p<0.05).This study may have some positive significance in revealing the correlation between bacterial diversity and regional differences of chili sauce.
