探讨综合性医院肺结核的CT诊断分析

目的:分析肺结核患者在综合性医院中采用CT诊断的特点和效果.方法:收集我院从2008年1月到2011年3月之间的72例经过确诊为肺结核的患者,回顾其资料,分析CT诊断特点,并对比x线片诊断结果.结果:72例患者中,CT诊断结果占比例最多的Ⅲ型肺结核,其例数为51例,占70.8％,而Ⅱ型肺结核患者例数最少,为2例,占2.7％,而Ⅳ型肺结核为19例,占26.4％.跟x线片比较,其诊断结果没有出现误诊情况,正确诊断概率为100％,而x线片正确诊断概率为77.7％,两者存在显著差异(P＜0.05).结论:在综合性医院中,采用CT诊断肺结核,具有一定的诊断价值.

To Explore the Comprehensive Hospital Tuberculosis CT Analysis

Objective： To analyse the CT characteristics and effect of tuberculosis patients in a comprehensive hospital. Methods： Collected 72 cases after diagnosed with pulmonary tuberculosis patients from our hospital in January 2008 to March 2011, review its material, analysis CT features, and contrast X-ray slice diagnosis. Results： All 72 cases of patients, CT diagnosis of the most proportion type III tuberculosis for 51 cases, accounting for 70.8%, and type lI tuberculosis patients number the least, for 2 cases, accounting for 2.7%, and type IV tuberculosis for 19 cases, accounting for 26.4%. Compared with X-ray film, the diagnosis results did not appear misdiagnosis, correct diagnosis probability is 100%, and X-ray film correct diagnosis probability is 77.7%, both significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： In general hospital, the CT diagnosis of tuberculosis, has certain diagnostic value.
