摘    要:主管道的焊接质量直接影响核电厂的安全运行。主管道自动焊技术为国内首创,是一项复杂系统工程,涉及设计、制造、材料和现场实施等多个环节。中广核工程有限公司联合国内核电设计、制造和建设单位等组成研发团队,依据核电工程建设本身的特点,运用团队协同创新管理模式,通过项目统筹、资源整合、搭建政产学研用协同创新平台,最终实现了主管道自动焊项目的成功研发,并被广泛应用到核电建设之中,创造了可观的经济效益。

Abstract:The welding quality of primary pipe directly affects the safe operation of nuclear power plants. Primary pipe automatic welding, first of its kind in China, is a complex systematic project involving many facets, such as design, manufacturing, material, and on site construction. A R&D team was formed by China Guangdong Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd. (CNPEC) together with other domestic nuclear power design institutes, and manufacturing and construction enterprises. Aec~rding to the characteristics of nuclear power plant construction, and adopting team collaborative innovation management mode, through project co-ordination, resources allocation and building production, education and re.arch collaborative irmovation platform, CNPEC successfully developed the primary pipe automatic welding technique which has been widely applied to the construction of nuclear power plant, creating considerable economic benefits.
