灰色损伤树法设备损伤定位研究

在分析灰色损伤树概念的基础上,利用灰色关联度分析法建立了基于灰色损伤树的损伤定位模型,结合实例分析了模型的求解和计算过程.结果表明,设备损伤定位灰色损伤树法是迅速确定设备损伤部位和设备损伤子系统、避免大量不必要的拆装和检测、节省修复时间的有效方法.

Study on Equipment Damnification Location Based on Grey Damage Tree

Based on the analysis of the basic concept of grey damage tree,the damnification location model on the basis of grey damage tree is established by grey relational index analysis.The computing procedure of damnification location model is analyzed through an instance.It turned out that the grey damage tree analysis in equipment damnification location is an effective method to locate rapidly the damage position of equipment and it's subsystem,hence the avoidance of unnecessary disassembling and assembling or detecting.
