汽车仪表板注塑模具的CAE优化分析与设计

摘    要:采用计算机三维造型得到汽车仪表板的实体模型,利用MoldFlow软件对模型进行了有限元分析,完成了浇注系统、冷却系统及成形工艺的设定。在对熔体充模、保压、冷却进行模拟的过程中,实现了对模具结构的CAE优化。计算机三维造型与CAE优化的结合运用,能对熔体充模过程及模具开合模动作进行仿真,可直观地获得产品及模具的可视化信息,防止设计不足而可能造成的模具返修,降低了产品创新开发的成本,有效地缩短了汽车仪表板注塑模具的研制周期,提高了模具应用的可行性,因而保证了产品质量,使生产效率得到提高。

Abstract:Based on the entity model of automobile instrument made by computer, we have accompleshed the finite element analysis and the design of ru nner system, cooling system and molding process.In the process of simulation about fl ow,packing and cooling, the mold structure was optimized. The associated exertion o f computer aided 3D modeling and CAE optimizing can simulate the process of fill ing, mold opening and clamping, give us the eyeable information about products a nd molds, and avoid possible repairing caused by lack of experience. So that it can depress t he cost, shorten the cycle of design about the mold of automobile instrument, in crease the feasibility of the mold application, ensure the product quality and a dvance the production efficiency greatly.
