上海市火电厂污染物排放控制及环境影响

摘    要:电厂是上海市大气重点污染源之一,上海要保证2010年世博会期间的大气环境质量,以及在2020年建成生态型城市,必须加强火电厂的污染物控制。文章在调研了上海市2003年17家电厂污染物排放现状的基础上,结合上海的实际和未来发展规划,为该17家电厂制定了削减电厂颗粒物、SO2和NOx排放的改造方案,并使用ADMS-Urban模型对改造前后的环境质量进行了模拟。由计算可知.改造方案实施后,17家电厂排放的颗粒物、SO2和NOx的总量分别可削减67%、91%和46%。

Abstract:Power plant is one of the main air pollution sources in Shanghai. As Shanghai has to guarantee the quality of the atmosphere and environment during the period of 2010 World Exposition and to become an ecology favoring city in 2020, the control of the pollutant from the fossil power plants should be strenghened. Based upon the results of the 2003 investi gation and study of the status guo of the pollutant emission from the 17 power plants in Shanghai, a retrofit scheme to re duce the particulates, SO2 and NOx emission of the above 17 power plants are formulated in combination with the practical future development plan of Shanghai. ADMS Urban model was used to simulate the quality of the environment before and after the retrofit. The result of computation shows that after the implementation of the retrofit scheme the total quantity of the particulate, SO2 and NOx emission can be reduced for 67%, 91% and 45% respectively.
