GD-1高压共轨式电控柴油机燃油喷射压力控制策略的研究

摘    要:基于GD-1高压共轨电控燃油喷射系统,设计了燃油喷射压力的控制策略,根据柴油机的运行参数计算目标喷射压力并选择相应的控制模式。实机试验表明,应用此控制策略可有效控制柴油机的燃油喷射压力,燃油喷射压力的控制精度与响应满足柴油机实际运行的需要。

Abstract:To meet the requirement of high-pressure common rail fuel injection system, the control strategy and mode was designed and the setpoint fuel injection pressure was calculated according to engine operating parameters. The control strategy includes the starting control, the pre-control, the closed-loop control and the shutoff control. The test results showed that the injection pressure could be controlled with high precision and better flexibility and satisfy the requirements of diesel engines.
