摘    要:内蒙古电力营销管控系统采用“集中部署、多级应用、逐层管控”的应用模式,系统具有异常报告自动生成、例日化的管控方法、流程化处理管控工单、多维度查询、提供图形展示和分析、信息传递跨平台等特点。介绍了管控系统的建设目的,说明了系统具有的营销经营指标动态展示、分析管理及关键指标监控功能,认为营销管控系统的推广应用提升了营销管理水平,实现了规范化管控的目的。

Abstract:Inner Mongolia electric power marketing management system adopted the application mode of centralized deployment, multi application and layer by layer control methed. It had the function of problem report automatically generating, task processing taking the method of flow control, etc. The control system construction aim and functions were introduced, thought that the popularization and application of the marketing management and control system enhanced the level of marketing management, realized the standardization management object.
