摘    要:某电厂1080t/h亚临界汽包锅炉脱硫增压风机随运行时间增加振动逐渐加剧。现场进行动平衡处理,未能解决振动故障。依据风机振动特性,最终分析认为,引起风机振动异常的主要原因为风机空心轮毂内存在活动部件。吊出风机叶轮进行检查,发现轮毂边缘处焊缝有多处裂痕,轮毂内部有大量积灰。清理积灰并补焊轮毂裂纹后,风机振动大的故障得以消除。同时对风机转动部分存在活动部件的振动特性进行了总结,以供同类型振动故障的分析处理借鉴。

Abstract:The vibration of FGD booster fan of a 1080 t/h sub-critical drum boiler increased with the increase of runtime. Dynamic balancing test could not solve the vibration fault. According to the fan vibration characteristic, finally analysis believed that the abnormal fan vibration caused by the movable unbalance exists inside the hollow wheel. Hoisted out fan impeller for inspection, found that the wheel edge of weld cracks in several locations and the wheel hub of interior had a lot of dust. Cleaning the dust and repairing the welding wheel crack, the large fan vibration fault was resolved. Meanwhile, the article summarized the movable part's characteristics of fan's rotary part, and helped to analyze and dispose the same kind of vibration fault.
