摘    要:内蒙古国华呼伦贝尔发电有限公司600MW机组褐煤锅炉采用墙式切圆燃烧方式。投产以来,存在水冷壁易结焦、超温爆管,炉膛出口烟温偏差大,主、再热蒸汽温度达不到额定值等问题。针对以上问题,将原燃烧器喷口全部更换为带有向炉内偏转20。导向隔板的喷口,并采取实际煤种尽量接近设计煤种、选择适当的周界风速、降低炉膛与大风箱差压等燃烧调整措施后,以上问题得到有效解决,克服了该型锅炉在燃用褐煤时存在的设计不足,对其他同类型褐煤锅炉燃烧调整具有参考价值。

Abstract:Since put into production, Inner Mongolia Guohua Hulun Buir Power Generation Co.,Ltd. 600 MW wall firing lignite boiler exposed many malpractice while fueling with lignite, such as water-cooled walls coking, high temperature pipe explosion, flue gas temperature deviation, The main and reheat steam temperature is less than the rated. In-depth study of root, we transformed the burner and made burning adjustment, solved the problems thoroughly. Have important reference value to the other same type wall tangentially fired lignite boiler of power plant, and provides a useful reference for the future design of the same type boiler boiler factory.
