Cu-Cr催化N,N-二甲基十二烷基酰胺加氢

摘    要:研究了N,N-二甲基十二烷基酰胺的催化加氢反应,通过将Cu-C r催化剂与传统的加氢催化剂(如Cu-N i,Pd/C,Raney N i)进行对比,对加氢催化剂进行了筛选,实验结果表明,Cu-C r催化剂在N,N-二甲基十二烷基酰胺的催化加氢反应中具有较高的活性,当n(Cu)∶n(C r)=1∶1、还原温度200℃时,Cu-C r催化剂的活性最高。考察了反应温度、反应压力以及通入二甲胺气体对反应的影响,实验结果表明,二甲胺气体的通入有利于抑制副反应的进行;在反应温度230℃、反应压力3.0M Pa、反应后期通入二甲胺气体的条件下,N,N-二甲基十二烷基酰胺的转化率达99.5%,产物中N,N-二甲基十二烷基叔胺的质量分数达到85.3%,N,N-双十二烷基甲基叔胺的质量分数达到9.5%。

Abstract:Hydrogenation of N,N-dimethyldodecylamide for preparations of N,N-dimethyldodecyl tertiary amine and N,N-didodecylmethyl tertiary amine was studied on different catalysts,namely Cu-Cr,Cu-Ni,Pd/C and Raney Ni.The two amines can be used as surfactants.Cu-Cr was the best catalyst under optimized conditions:n(Cu) ∶n(Cr)1 ∶1 and reduction temperature 200℃.Effects of reaction temperature,reaction pressure and addition of dimethylamine on hydrogenation were investigated.Addition of dimethylamine could effectively prohibit formation of byproduct lauryl alcohol.Under optimal conditions:reaction temperature 230℃,reaction pressure 3.0MPa,and addition of dimethylamine at later stage of reaction,conversion of N,N-dimethyldodecylamide could reach 99.5%,and mass fractions of N,N-dimethyldodecyl tertiary amine and N,N-didodecylmethyl tertiary amine in products could reach 85.3% and 9.5%,respectively.
