钙/锌复合热稳定剂在硬质PVC中的应用研究

摘    要:自制了高效、无毒的钙锌复合热稳定剂,利用静态热老化法、刚果红法及脱氯化氢法等研究方法,研究了自制钙锌稳定剂、进口钙锌稳定剂及复合铅盐稳定剂在硬质聚氯乙烯(PVC)中的热稳定性能。结果表明:自制钙锌的初期着色性与复合铅盐稳定剂及进口钙锌稳定剂相当,长期热稳定性优于进口钙锌。自制钙锌稳定剂的降解活化能介于进口钙锌稳定剂与复合铅盐稳定剂之间,降解活化能的差值为1~2kJ/mol,其热稳定性达到了复合铅盐的水平,PVC硬制品加工的要求。

Abstract:High effective and nontoxic Ca/Zn compound heat stabilizer(Ca/Zn) was prepared in this study. The thermal stabilities of self-made Ca/Zn, foreign Ca/Zn and domestic compound lead heat stabilizer for rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC) was investigated by oven ageing method, Congo red method and dehydrochlorination method. The results show that the early stage stability of self-made heat stabilizer is parallel to the foreign heat stabilizer, it also has a better long-term stability. Degradation activation energy of self-made Ca/Zn is between the values of foreign Ca-Zn and domestic compound lead heat stabilizer, the difference is about 1-2 kJ/mol, which indicates the heat stability of self-made heat Ca/Zn is closed to compound lead heat stabilizer and could meet the needs of processing for rigid PVC.
