添加脱水污泥的陶粒滤料的研制

摘    要:以硅酸盐矿物为基础原料,添加城市污水厂脱水污泥和粉煤灰,通过正交试验得到工艺参数:脱水污泥a与脱水污泥b质量之比为17:8,脱水干污泥添加量20%(与硅酸盐总量比),粉煤灰添加量20%(与硅酸盐总量比),烧成温度900℃,保温时间9min。测得滤料的主要性能:堆积密度687kg/m^3,表观密度1440kg/m^3,比表面积3.43m^2/g,空隙率52.3%,1h吸水率12.8%,磨损破碎率〈4%。同时探讨了陶粒滤料的烧制机理以及水处理效果,结果表明该陶粒滤料具有良好的净化水质的效果。

Abstract:Silicate minerals were chosen as the initial components, dried sludge and fly ash was used as additives, the optimal ratios of the components and the appropriate process were obtained by orthogonal design as follow: the dewatered sludge a/dewatered sludge b of 17/8, the dried sludge/silicate of 20 %, the fly ash/silicate of 20 %, sintering temperature of 900 ℃, sintering time of 9 rain. The main characteristics index of ceramsite were shown as follow: bulk density of 687 kg/m^3, particle density of 1 440 kg/m^3, specific surface area of 3.43 m^2/g, porosity of 52.3 %, water absorption of 12.8 % in 1 h, wear and broken rate less than 4 %. Besides, the sintering mechanism of ceramsite filter material and the effect of water treatment were discussed. The results indicate that the ceramsite has a good effect of water purification.
