摘    要:为满足环保要求,降低超高压锅炉运行过程中NOx的排放量,通过对420t/h超高压锅炉的多维低NOx燃烧器特点进行技术分析,提出改造方案量.燃烧器改造后,锅炉运行过程中NOx生成量明显下降,达到减少污染物排放目的.

Abstract:In order to meet the requirement of environmental protection and the reduction of the NOx discharge amount in the operation of ultra-high boiler,modification scheme is proposed to reduce the NOx discharge amount based on the technical analysis of the multi-dimension low NOx burner characteristics of 420 t/h ultra-high pressure boiler. After the modification of the burner,the NOx generation amount is reduced greatly during the boiler operation, which achieves the purpose of pollution discharge reduction.
