摘    要:以某90型摩托车变速箱中的花键主动齿轮锻件为例,依据温挤成形技术原理,对复杂形状齿轮锻件进行了锻件分析和温挤成形工艺分析,阐述了复杂形状齿轮锻件温挤成形工艺设计中的难点与关键点,并结合生产实际,制定了适合生产实际的温挤成形工艺。设计了一套经济实用的温挤成形模具,同时介绍了模具结构和工件原理。经批量生产试制证明,该温挤成形工艺生产的齿轮锻件质量稳定、凸块饱满,且模具结构合理、通用性强、生产效率高。

Abstract:Taking forging of the spline driving gear in a 90 type motorcycle gear box as an example, based on warm extrusion forming technical principle, forgings and warm extrusion forming process of complex shaped gears were analyzed and difficulties and critical points in warm extrusion forming process design of complex shaped gears were stated. Combined with actual production, the warm extrusion process fit for actual production was designed. A eco- nomical and practical die for warm extrusion was designed and its structure and working principle were introduced at the same time. Production test shows that gear forgings pro- duced with the designed warm extrusion process were of stable quality with full-filled bumps. Meanwhile, the die structure is reasonable designed with strong universality and efficient production.
