| Abstract: | The synthetic methods of imidafenacin are summarized and compared.The research progress of synthesizing key intermediate 4-（2-methyl-1-imidazol）-2,2-diphenylbutanamide and synthesizing imidafenacin from the key intermediate is expounded,which can provide reference to further research and industrial production. |
