摘    要:分析了在高速自动化冲压线环境下,汽车外覆盖件模具修边产生大量铁屑的成因,结合模具实际维修情况,通过对模具修边结构进行优化后,每千件擦模次数由8.4次降至2.6次,有效解决了下模废料刀堆积大量铁屑的问题。结果表明,此种结构简单易改、成效显著,提高了生产效率。

Abstract:The generating causes of steel scraps during automobile panel trimming process on high-speed automatic stamping line were discussed in this paper. The trimming die structure was optimized to solve the problem of scraps accumulation. With the optimized structure, the scratch times per thousand pieces reduced to 2.6 times from 8.4 times. It is proved that this die structure which was easy to modify could improve the production efficiency.
