| 摘 要： | 简述了断路器转轴的结构特点,针对其成型工艺难点提出相应方案,完成了压塑模成型结构设计,并介绍了模具加料系统、模内隔热结构设计、上模抽芯、成型零件设计。结果表明,保证了制品的内在和外观质量,提高了模具压制效率和模具使用寿命,节约了能源。

| Abstract: | According to the structure of circuit breaker rotary shaft, the compression molding process and mould structure were designed. The plastics material loader, insulation structure in the mould, core-pulling mechanism and the products design were also analyzed. It is proved that this compression mould could guarantee the intrinsic and appearance quality, and improve the production efficiency and mould life. |
