| 摘 要： | 在催化裂化装置配套的烟气脱硫系统投产并平稳运行半年后,对烟气脱硫系统进行了全面的标定分析,从烟气二氧化硫脱除率、指标分析和节能降耗等方面进行了数据统计与分析,提出了催化裂化装置配套的烟气脱硫系统运行中存在的问题,给后续烟气脱硫装置大修提供了参考依据。

| Abstract: | After the flue gas desulfurization systerm of FCC unit is put into production and smoothly running for half a year,a comprehensive calibration and analysis are carried out.The data statistics and analysis are made from aspects of removal rate of sulfur dioxidel,index analysis and energy-saving and cost-reducing.The problems existed in the flue gas desulfurization system are pointed out,which provides reference for follow-up overhaul of flue gas desulfurization system. |
