摘    要:针对600 MW级超(超)临界机组的汽机房、除氧间与煤仓间布置优化过程中出现的若干技术问题进行探讨.通过多种布置方案对比,结合本工程的具体情况分析了主厂房优化设计的可行性.认为在一些特殊条件下,一些极限布置是可行的,如除氧器低位布置经过暂态计算验证是可行的,但应考虑便于检修及运行;600 MW汽机房跨距不宜采用27 m;给煤机层优化标高压缩到13.7 m层及煤仓间13.7~17 m的管道夹层的设置,需在保证磨煤机正常检修起吊的前提下设置为宜;除氧器只要注意维护运行环境,布置于17m的给煤机层是可行的.

Abstract:Some technical problems during the layout optimization of turbine room, deaerator bay and bunker bay in 600 MW ultra supercritical unit are discussed. By comparing several layouts schemes and based on the specific situations of the project, the possibility of the main building optimization design is analyzed. It is concluded that some extreme layout is feasible under some special conditions, for example the low position layout of deaerator is feasible after the verification of transient calculation, but the convenience of maintenance and operation should be considered. 27 m is not suitable to the span of 600 MW turbine room. The reduction of the coal feeder floor optimal elevation to 13.7 m floor, and the layout of 13.7- 17m pipe interlayer at bunker bay are feasible under the precondition that the coal mill can be maintained and lifted normally. The layout of deaerator at the coal feeder floor is feasible as long as the operation environment maintenance is paid attention to.
