KH-4型高效喷嘴在催化裂化装置上的应用

摘    要:介绍了KH-4型高效喷嘴在80万t/a催化裂化装置上的长周期工业应用情况。从原料性质、操作参数及产品分布情况等因素对使用KH-4高效喷嘴前后情况进行了对比,并通过新运行周期的工业数据验证了KH-4喷嘴优异的使用效果。结果表明:在使用KH-4高效喷嘴后,产品中干气收率降低2.07百分点,焦炭降低1.47百分点,轻质油收率提高1.04百分点,经济效益显著。

Abstract:The long-term industrial application status of KH-4 type high-efficiency ejection nozzle in 800 kt/a FCC unit is expounded.The production yield before and after using KH-4 type high-efficiency ejection nozzle is compared from the characteristic of raw materials,the operation parameters and the product distribution.The excellent using effect of KH-4 ejection nozzle is verified through industrial operation data of new cycle.The results show that the yield of light oil has increased by 1.04%,and the yield of dry gas and carbon coke has separately decreased by 2.07% and 1.47%.The economic effect is remarkable.
