| 摘 要： | 介绍了KH-4型高效喷嘴在80万t/a催化裂化装置上的长周期工业应用情况。从原料性质、操作参数及产品分布情况等因素对使用KH-4高效喷嘴前后情况进行了对比,并通过新运行周期的工业数据验证了KH-4喷嘴优异的使用效果。结果表明:在使用KH-4高效喷嘴后,产品中干气收率降低2.07百分点,焦炭降低1.47百分点,轻质油收率提高1.04百分点,经济效益显著。

| Abstract: | The long-term industrial application status of KH-4 type high-efficiency ejection nozzle in 800 kt/a FCC unit is expounded.The production yield before and after using KH-4 type high-efficiency ejection nozzle is compared from the characteristic of raw materials,the operation parameters and the product distribution.The excellent using effect of KH-4 ejection nozzle is verified through industrial operation data of new cycle.The results show that the yield of light oil has increased by 1.04％,and the yield of dry gas and carbon coke has separately decreased by 2.07％ and 1.47％.The economic effect is remarkable. |
