| 摘 要： | SMT技术凭着其高密度、高可靠性、良好的高频特性、高生产效率、低成本的优点而得以迅猛发展。SMT组装方式主要分为单／双面全表面组装。单面混合组装、双面混合组装三种主要组装方式，胶粘剂主要适用于单面混装和双面混装两种组装方式。从胶粘剂在SMT组装技术中的作用、组成、封装、性能评价方法及其影响因素以及使用方法等多方面进行了介绍，以便为粘胶剂的良好应用与选择提供参考。
