| 摘 要： | 本文采用具有谐波计量功能的多功能三相电能表对湖北省电力公司下属6个非线性用户进行约3个月的挂网试验并进行了数据分析.挂网试验实践与理论均表明,非线性用户的电能总是少计,直接影响了供电企业的经济利益.建议尽快建立谐波计量标准,利用经济杠杆实现公平计费,减少谐波的产生.

| Abstract: | Analysis been made on a 3 months-lasting field test of 6 non-linear utilities in Hubei Electric Power Company, using Chint harmonic multi-function electricity meter. It has been proven that the metering energy is less than the real consumed energy for non-linear utilities both in theory and on the test results, reducing the incoming of electric power company. This paper appeals the standardization of metering on harmonic conditions, fair trade in metering and decrease harmonic with economic means. |
