摘    要:牛东1井完钻井深为6027m,井底温度达203℃.该井沙河街组地层复杂,膏岩段长,地层应力大,泥岩水敏性强,极易垮塌掉块;雾迷山灰岩存在破碎带,垮塌严重;三开井眼大、裸眼段长,携岩困难,井壁稳定性差.针对该井地层特点,三开、四开使用了强抑制抗高温携岩性好的复合有机盐钻井液,解决了沙河街组地层特殊岩性井段垮塌的难题,五开使用耐高温抗污染防塌钻井液解决了灰岩破碎带垮塌难题,保证了这口高难度井的各项施工安全.

Abstract:The total depth of well Niudongl is 6,027 m, while drilling this well, some difficulties were encountered, suchas thick gypsum bed, high formation stress, high water sensitivity mud stone, collapsing, big hole and long open hole inShahejie group.To solve these difficulties, in the third and fourth interval, the compound organic salt drilling fluid wasapplied, and in the fifth interval, the high temperature resistance, anti-contamination and anti-collapsing drilling fluid wasused to deal with the problem of caving in limestone formation, which insured the drilling operation smoothly and safely.
