旧有建筑外立面改造中的现代建筑设计手法探析

随着建筑业快速发展,如何实现旧有建筑的循环、高效使用,满足不断变化的城市设计的需求,是当前一个亟待解决的问题。笔者结合郑州市对沿城区主干道旧有建筑的改造,通过对旧有建筑的外立面改造方法进行整理和分析,探讨旧有建筑的改造与现代设计方法之间的关系,以及现代建筑设计方法在旧有建筑更新改造中的生命延续手段。

Study on the Old Building Facade Renovation in Modern Architecture Design

With the rapid development of the construction industry, how to realize the efficiency and recycling of existing buildings and satisfy requirement of a constantly changing urban design is the urgent problem that should be solved quickly. Based on existing buildings along the main street downtown which was renovated by Zhengzhou municipal government, the author collates and analyzes the fa ade renovation methods of existing buildings, discussing the relationship between the alteration of existing buildings and the design methods of modern architecture, prying into the means of life extension of the design methods of modern architecture in the rehabilitation of existing buildings.
