珊溪水库面板堆石坝施工及其特点

珊溪水库大坝为混凝土面板堆石坝,坝高１３２．５ｍ,坝顶长４４８ｍ;面板混凝土量为３．２４万ｍ＾２,坝基开挖量６８．２５万ｍ＾３,坝体总填筑量５７６．２万ｍ＾２。该工程在一期混凝土面板止水铜片制作安装和混凝土配合比方面都具有特色。在１９９８年汛期的坝基施工中,采取了“洪水期撤、洪水间歇期抢”的施工措施,其中包括采取大坝汛前充水保护,５０ｍ高程坝面保护等方法,经受住了长达２８ｈ过坝洪水的考验;１９９９

The construction of the concrete face rockfill dam of Sanxi Reservoir and its characteristics

The dam for Sanxi Reservoir is a concrete face rockfill dam with the height of 132.5 m and the length of 448 m. The concrete volume for face slab is 32400 m 3. The excavation volume of the dam foundation is 682,500 m 3 and the total filling volume of the dam body is 5.76 million m 3. The dam construction has many features in the aspects of the manufacturing and installation of copper seals and the concrete mix proportion. In the dam foundation construction during the flood season in 1998, the measures of "construction pause during flood period and acceleration at intervals of floods" have been taken, including flushing dam body before flood season and protecting dam surface below the elevation of 50 m. These measures made the dam withstand flood overflowing the dam for 28 hours. In the construction of flood releasing channel in the first half year of 1996, the measures of balancing the excavation and filling volume, increasing the excavation equipment and adopting rational excavation methods have been taken, which could not only meet the needs of high intensity filling of dam body but also could save the construction cost. Additionally, a series of practical measures have been taken in the construction of dam surface and the control of filling quality. These measures improve the construction methods and enhance the project quality.
