塑料排水管的使用和推广——以莆田市下磨溪HDPE污水管道为例

本文论述了在建设福建省莆田市下磨溪污水管道时采用HDPE塑料管材的一些实践体会,着重阐述了施工过程中碰到的实际问题以及采用的应对措施。此外,文章还在实践的基础上对几种常用管材性能的优缺点加以分析比较。这些问题和缺点也是当前制约塑料排水管材得以推广使用的普遍问题。对这些制约因素加以分析后,本文尝试着提出一些推广使用塑料排水管时应着重尽快加以解决的问题和建议。

On the Use and Promotion of Plastic Pipe——Taking the Construction of Xiamo Stream HDPE Sewage Pipe in Putian for Example

This paper addresses the use of the HDPE plastic pipe in the construction of Xiamo Stream sewage pipe in Putian Fujian. We focus on several practical issues encountered in the construction. In addition the paper analyses and compares the properties of some normal pipe base on the practice. These issues and shortcomings also limit a more widely deployment of the plastic drainage pipe. Based on our analysis on these problems, we propose several measures to address them as well as to promote the use of plastic drainage pipe.
