| 摘 要： | 介绍了热管空气预热器在炼油厂燃用高硫分渣油减压炉尾部的烟气余热的应用，说明热管换热器能在石化行业的一些恶劣工况下安全、可靠、高效地运行。同时亦介绍采用分段设计方法控制热管管壁温度的必要性。

| Abstract: | This paper describes a successful application of the heat pipe air preheater in the recovery of waste heat of the flue gas at the end of the decompression furnace,which used high sulphur residual oil as fuel.It indicates that the heat pipe heat exchanger can be used safely,reliably and efficiently.It also introduces the necessity of controlling wall temperature of heat pipe by means of stepwise design. |
