零件孔径视觉精确测量研究

摘    要:建立了一种基于虚拟仪器技术的零件孔径视觉检测系统。系统选用背光源照明,采用非线性校准及查找圆边的方法对采集到的图像进行测量。文章提出并实现的基于LabVIEW初始检测参数自动优化方法,保证了系统的重复检测精度.经实验证明,系统可以快速地测量零件孔径,并且测量结果准确。

Abstract:To devise a machine vision system based on virtual instruments which can be used in the field of apertures measurement of work pieces. The background-lighting was chose as lamp-house in this system. Nonlinear calibration and finding circle edge were introduced to measure the images acquired, To put forward and realize a method based on LabVIEW which can be used to initialize and optimize the central parameters automatically and with which the precision of repeating inspection can be ensured. It is proved by experiments that the apertures of work pieces can be measured quickly and the results are perfect.
