摘    要:在模型试验和现场应用的基础上,分析了凝汽器管束入口蒸汽流场对传热系数、汽阻以及真空泵性能的影响,指出300MW机组凝汽器喉部出口蒸汽流场趋于均匀后,凝汽器传热系数增加,汽阻减小,真空泵入口压力降低等因素的共同作用使汽轮机排汽压力降低。实践证明,在汽轮机排汽通道加装均流装置是提高机组经济性的一项有效新措施。

Abstract:Based on model test and field application, the influence of steam flow field at condenser's tubebundle inlet upon heat transfer coefficient, steam resistance and performance of the vaccum pump has been analysed, pointing out the fact after the steam flow field at the condensor's throat of a 300MW unit is tending towards homogenity, i.e. the heat transfer coeficient of condenser being increased, the steam resistance being decreased, and the inletpressure of vacuum pump being reduced. The joint affect of these said factors makes the exhaust pressure of steam turbine to be lowered. practice indicates that adding flowequalizing device in the exhaust passage is an effective measure to improve economic behavior of the unit.
