冬虫夏草液体发酵生产多糖和菌丝体的研究

摘    要:本实验采用液体发酵冬虫夏草生产菌丝体和多糖。通过单因素试验,确定利用蔗糖酵母膏液体培养基发酵生产多糖和菌丝体的最佳条件为:接种量5%、温度26℃、培养时间4d,通气流量1L/min。

Abstract:Cordyceps sinensis mycelia and polysaccharides were prepared by liquid fermentation with the medium of sucrose yeast extract. Through investigating effects of fermentation conditions on their yields, the optimum inoculation quantity, ventilation volume, fermentation temperature and time were confirmed as 5%, 1 L/min, 26 ℃ and 4 days, respectively.
