| 摘 要： | 研究增硬补强剂在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎肩垫胶中的应用。结果表明:胎肩垫胶中增硬补强剂的用量为1.5份,同时减小炭黑的用量,胶料的抗硫化返原性能显著提高,胶料的硫化特性和硫化胶的物理性能变化不大,硫化胶的压缩生热降低,成品轮胎耐久性能提高。

| Abstract: | The application of hardening filler in shoulder pad of TBR tire was studied. The results showed that,when the addition level of was 1.5 phr,and the addition level of carbon black,the anti-reversion of compound were significantly improved,the other curing behavior of compound and physical properties of the vulcanizates changed little,the compression temperature and heat build-up decreased,the endurance performance of finished tire was improved. |
