压气式气力输送系统与吸气式气力输送系统的应用分析

摘    要:在企业生产工艺过程中,一些物料(这里主要指颗粒状的)通常需要进行高层或远距离输送,我们经过实践对比,认为压气式气力输送系统比吸气式气力输送系统更适合生产需要,节能效果好,减轻了劳动强度,提高生产率20%左右。

Abstract:In an enterorise's maqnufacturing process,some materials(it hereby refers to granular shape.)need elevating or conveying at a distance.We make a comparison after experiments.We conclude that the pressure pneumatic conveying system is more suitable for production requirement than the suction pneumatic conveying system,which has good energy-saving effect and reduces labor intensity and raises about 20% of productivity.
