| 摘 要： | 介绍了以涤纶纤维为主要原料的色织仿毛灯芯绒产品的设计和工艺特点.为了改善织物的吸湿性,经纱和地纬采用了涤棉混纺纱,绒纬采用中长涤纶纱;为了改善手感,在常规涤纶纤维中掺用了部分细旦涤纶.后整理工艺结合了本产品原料特点,注意了静电问题,并重点突出仿毛风格,采用柔软整理.

| Abstract: | The colored weaving wool-like corduroy mainly contains polyester fiber.To improve the hygroscopicity of fabric,polyester cotton yarn is used in warp and ground weft and medium polyester yarn is used in velvet weft.To improve handle,some fine-denier polyester is mingled with conventional polyester fiber.Post-treatment combines the features of its raw material,tries to avoid the static electricity,stresses its wool-like style,and adopts softening. |
