| 摘 要： | 水资源短缺是一体化水资源管理急需解决的问题,替代水源成为解决水资源短缺问题的一个有效方法.针对此问题,列举了实体替代水源和虚拟替代水源,介绍了各种替代水源的发展利用现状,分析了各种替代水源开发利用的优先次序,同时借鉴国外成功的污水回用经验,对节水和水资源管理提出借鉴意见.

| Abstract: | Water resource is essential natural resource of relatively scared quantity, the utilization of alternative water resources is an effective way to resolve the above problem. Real alternative water resources and dummy water resources are listed, and the present situation of utilization of the alternative water resources above is also introduced. Specially, the developing order of various alternative water resources is suggested according to Chinese state situation. Furthermore, some suggestions are put forward to water saving and management in China according to foreign experience in utilization of alternative water resources in IWRM. |
