氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定煤中的锗

摘    要:根据煤样中能直接形成氢化物干扰元素含量低的特点,将煤样灰化后,采用HF+HNO3+H3PO4于聚四氟乙烯坩埚内处理样品,制成10%磷酸溶液,在原子荧光光谱仪上进行测定,方法检出限为0.07μg/L,相对标准偏差为1.21%,锗的加标回收率在96.4%~103.0%之间。

Abstract:Germanium from coal was determined by atomic fluorescence spectroscopy. Coal was incinerated and dis- solved in solution of 10% phosphoric acid with hydrofluoric acid and nitric acid, and then tested. The detective limit was 0.07 mg/L, and the relative deviation was 1.21% with the recovery of germanium as 96.4 - 103.0%.
