| 摘 要： | 研究热工自动控制系统的故障诊断机理，分析控制系统中传感器、执行器的故障诊断方法及自动控制系统的闭环辩识．调节品质在线监测、调节参数在线优化方法。研制了一套适合火电厂300MW机组的热工自动控制系统故障诊断装置，介绍其硬件、软件及其功能。该装置已在现场投入实际应用．运行良好.

| Abstract: | The mechanism of fault diagnosis of thermal autocontrol system is studied; The fault diagnosis methods of sensors and actuators of autocontrol system, as well as the closed loop identification, on-line monitoring of regulation quality, on-line optimization method of regulation parameters of autocontrol system are analyzed. A set of fault diagnosis device of thermal autocontrol system, appropriate for 300 MW generating units of thermal power plant has been developed and put into practical use in-situ, with good operation result obtained. The hardware, software and their functions are briefed too. |
